I spent most of my life on the West Coast. Beautiful country and I miss it, but I am in the South now and have adjusted. I am caregiver to my aging mom, and just finished raising my granddaughter, who enters college this year.
Fledgling on the internet, but I see it as the future for many of us who have lost our jobs. I am too young for Social Security, too old for many other things.
My strength is in my mind and life experiences. I am decades older than many of the “guru’s” I have read, and decades behind those same guru’s in internet and computer knowledge. Yet here I am. Sharing and hoping to make a difference not only for myself, but for other’s as well. There is a large wave of people my age, in my position, flooding the internet during this economic crisis and my sincere hope is that we all learn to help each other climb the ladder to some small measure of success.
